1. Using this site

deweycannabis.com is run by Dewey Botanicals LLC, doing business as Dewey Cannabis Co. ("Dewey", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Adults 21 and older

You must be 21 or older to use this site. By entering it, you confirm that you are. Cannabis laws differ from place to place, and you're responsible for following the laws where you live.

3. No sales on this site

We don't sell cannabis through this site, by phone or by mail, and nothing here is an offer to sell. Dewey products are sold only at licensed Washington retailers, to adults 21 and older. Availability, formats and packaging change and are not guaranteed.

Wholesale sales go only to licensed Washington retailers, through channels approved by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. Sending a wholesale inquiry does not create an order or an agreement.

4. Product information

Strain, aroma and product descriptions on this site are general information. They are not medical advice and are not claims about effects or health benefits. Aroma scales describe smell only. Batch details vary, and the label on the package you buy is the source of record for that product.

5. Our content

The Dewey name and logo, our strain names, photos, artwork, text and the design of this site belong to Dewey or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

Licensed retail partners may use the product photos and assets we send them, in line with the guidance that comes with them.

6. What you agree not to do

• Use the site if you're under 21, or help anyone under 21 get past the age check.
• Break the law or anyone's rights using the site.
• Send false information through our forms, including a license number that isn't yours.
• Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Copy or scrape the site's content in bulk.

7. What you send us

You're responsible for what you send through our forms or by email. Please don't send health information or anything confidential. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we're free to use them without owing you anything.

8. Other websites

The site links to sites we don't control, such as our wholesale ordering platform, social media and published research. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dewey and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute about them or the site will be handled in the courts of Whitman County, Washington.
